Return & Refund Policy – All You Needle

At All You Needle, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and refunds on eligible items.

Return Window:
You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Cut fabric, custom orders, and clearance items are non-returnable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at marketing@allyouneedle.co.nz with your order details. We’ll provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
