Have fun knitting self-patterning socks with the new Fiddlesticks Jester. With seven great colourways that form patterns as you knit, it's so exciting watching the pattern reveal itself. The pattern is shown to its best when knitted at the recommended gauge or very similar.
Jester is a woolly blend of superwash wool and nylon, which gives your socks strength and allows them to be machine washed. This yarn is not as soft as merino but has a lofty feel, making lovely, cosy, hardwearing socks.
You need two balls for a pair of socks. Each ball is identical so that your socks will be too!
4ply / sock weight
75% superwash wool, 25% polyamide (nylon)
200 m / 218 yds per 50g ball
Gauge: 28 sts x 36 rows on 2.75mm needles
Needles: 2.75mm
Care: 30º machine wash / Do not bleach / Dry flat / Do not iron
