Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Options:

• New Zealand: Standard delivery 3–5 business days.
• Australia: Standard delivery 5–10 business days.
• Express shipping available at checkout.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Please choose the shipping option that matches your delivery address.
If the wrong option is selected, we may need to update your order and adjust the shipping cost to the correct rate—such as Rural or International—so everything arrives smoothly.
